The unique flavour of their music comes from the different musical backgrounds of the members. Dóra Ördög (vocals) trained, disciplined singer with soul, R&B, jazz. Arián Horváth (guitar, keyboards) has been the guitarist of sludge-stoner-metal band Grizzly since the beginning. 'Roti' Áron Vilczek (bass) is the bass guitarist of Grizzly and founding guitarist of Run Over Dogs. Ádám Gilinger (drums) has previously played drums in bands such as Bohemian Betyars, Antonia Vai Band, Imperial Pillow Works, Edi the Great Project and Dungaree.

In late 2019, they released their first single Never Gonna Fall in Line, which was with the video for the title track were launched. During the first quarantine, the Live at Pinewood live videos and despite the closures, they were able to play a quarantine concert on the A38 Ship stage, and they also performed at the Black Noise festival, where they were a great success. In the final of the Fülesbagoly talent contest in Debrecen, they came second with their former singer Alexandra Pádár, won the best singer award, the Gábor Újfalusi award for best instrumental musician and the special prize of the Campus festival, and were also included in the final of the Joy of Music on the Ship.

The year 2021 is off to a strong start: they were shortlisted for the HEMI Music Awards, a 9-country competition, where they were one of the top 9 bands, and their second single Soul Smoke was released in April. They played at Campus and Sevastock festivals in the summer, made it to Serbia's Mount of Artan and kicked off September in the Czech Republic, before a successful Polish tour and a performance at the Blues Alive festival in Warsaw and the PIN Music Conference in Skopje.

Woodstock Barbie 2022 has been included in IMPALA's list of the most promising European bands "100 Artists to Watch" to the list!

They also played at Mastering the Music Business in Bucharest in 2022, and their next EP, Witch of the Dice, was released in March 2023, featuring the song Cats & Goats, co-written with Mother's Cake frontman Yves Krismer. They are currently on a tour of Central Eastern Europe, which will conclude in Prague, where they will perform in front of legendary American blues musician Walter Trout. However, at the beginning of the summer, the band parted ways with Sandra, and then Dóri came into the picture, with whom the band is even more fulfilled and a whole new adventure begins...
